Authentic Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Plano, TX

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sam with Authentic Roofing did such an amazing job replacing my roof. First, he guided me through the Insurance claim process and was able to successfully get State Farm to pay for the entire roof replacement after multiple denials, plus paying penalty for delaying the claim. The process took almost 9 months. Then his team did a great job, replacing the roof, the gutter, painting the fence , all was done in a timely manner. In fact, I recommended him to my neighbor and also they did an excellent job. Sam is an easy person to work with, and I highly recommend him.

We had to have our roof and gutters replaced after a hail storm. Sam was very helpful with any questions we had, and help us tremendously to handle the claim with our insurance, as this was our very first claim as home owners. Sam took care of everything, we were able to choose a top quality roof, a different gutter colors as well, the final product looks solid and beautiful, and we feel safe in our home. We highly recommend Sam and his team.

I had an outstanding experience with AUTHENTIC Roofing for my roof replacement. A friend referred me to Samuel Hernandez, and I’m so glad I called him. From the very first conversation, I could tell Samuel genuinely cared about helping me. He is one of the kindest, most respectful, and most helpful professionals I’ve ever worked with. Samuel went above and beyond by working directly with my insurance company. He carefully documented the damage, challenged their initial assessment, and made sure my claim was fully covered. Without his persistence and expertise, I may not have received the coverage I needed. The roofing team itself was equally impressive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed a high level of skill and professionalism throughout the entire process. They protected my property, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and most importantly, delivered a roof that looks absolutely beautiful and solidly built. You can tell they take pride in doing excellent work. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, honesty, and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My roof not only looks great, but I also have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. I am completely satisfied with the work done by Samuel and his team, and I strongly recommend AUTHENTIC Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. If you want a contractor who will fight for you, guide you through the process, and deliver quality results, look no further than Samuel Hernandez and his crew. You won’t be disappointed!
