ARCO Review Findings
Lopez Roofing is highly regarded for its prompt, professional service and high-quality workmanship, with customers frequently praising their efficiency and attention to detail. Clients also consistently highlight the team's clear communication, responsible attitude toward resolving issues, and commitment to leaving properties spotless after project completion.
Fantastic team! Fair pricing, incredible attention to detail, and they even went above and beyond without being asked — such an awesome surprise! The project was large and included fixing mistakes from a previous contractor, but they still finished on time. Truly impressive work. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone!
Lopez Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. They removed the old and installed the new roof in a timely manner. They also ensure all debris was removed and the home fleas left in the clean condition as they found it. If you’re looking for a licenses quality professional roofing company, give them a call. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
I recently had my roof replaced by Lopez Roofing after hail damage, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The team completed the work on time and left my property spotless—no nails or debris in the lawn! During the job, there was some incidental damage, but Lopez Roofing quickly resolved it, showing they truly care about their reputation and stand by their work. In a time when many companies provide service and disappear, it's rare to find one like Lopez Roofing that takes full responsibility. They're a great local company that I highly recommend.
Lopez roofing is the absolute best! They had reasonable quotes, constant communication and executed the job perfectly! Highly recommend!
Does your house need a new roof? Call on Lopez Roofing. They showed up on time and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. They did what they said they would do, and just did it. Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
