ARCO Review Findings
Your Favorite Roofer is praised for its professional, efficient, and high-quality workmanship, with many customers highlighting the team's ability to complete roof replacements in a single day. Clients frequently commend the staff for their expertise in managing insurance claims, transparent communication, and thorough cleanup of the property.
We had some hail damage to our home and Davion was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The roofers arrived on time and finished the roof in about 6 hours. Davion also assisted with getting the correct solar attic fans.
Best service! Quick; professional; precise; knowledgeable and thorough. Sets and meets the highest standards for all aspects of the process. These guys delivered what may have been the best experience I have ever had with any contractors anywhere. I have absolutely zero complaints nor any suggestions for improvements! If you need a new roof, look no further! Just awesome.
My experience from start to finish was absolutely top notch. I had repairs due to hail damage. I really appreciate the attention to detail, consistent communication and professionalism. The team came to my home the same day the adjuster did to ensure everything was covered in the inspection including my fence which had damage. They both got on the roof with the adjuster as well. My roof came out terrific and my home owners premium was reduced by $700.00. It was well worth it. I Would highly recommended using YFR for any roof projects.
I had the pleasure of my favorite roofing Davion to my contractor, he was considerate, informative, and very professional. He also did an excellent job on my roof. I am the envy of my neighborhood… I would recommend him and if I ever have to get a new roof I am definitely calling Davion.. I am more then satisfied with the job that was done
Demetrius, Carlos and the rest of his staff were outstanding. Craftsmanship was spot on and all were very professional. They handled our entire claim and we didn’t have to worry about anything. They are a very experienced group who knows how to handle the big bus insurance companies.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
