T.H.I.S. Roofing and Restoration - Roofing Contractor in McKinney, TX

Excellent service and follow up! Performed a complete roof replacement, did so well I went ahead and had all windows replaced by them. Robert was present daily to oversee the project and kept us fully informed throughout. Would use them again.

We used Robert and THIS roofing to help repair damage to our home from a hail storm in 2024. We have worked with a couple of roofing companies over the years for the same type of damage. Robert is a breath of professional air in this industry. He was happy to give us a quote without any hesitation (most roofers want to see your pile of insurance money and simply make their quote fit). He sat down with us and presented us with a very professional easy to read quote, his company insurance information, several addresses of homes he had recently worked on, and detailed roof production information. When it came time to have the mortgage company endorse our insurance check he dropped by with pre-paid UPS overnight envelopes and mailed them for us. We had full choice of roofing material brands, colors. He was happy to accommodate gutter downspout changes when replacing our gutter system. His roofing crews are respectful and very careful with you and your neighbors property. Heck Robert himself was in my neighbors backyard with tarps and spray shields to ensure that no overspray reached my neighbors landscaping or pool deck. Communication was excellent prior to, during, and after the work had been completed. Robert was onsite while all work was completed. I would be lying if he did not run his magnet over our lawn 3x over 2 days after the roofing crew had done the same. THIS replaced our roof, gutters/downspouts, and power washed and stained our fencing. We have facing some very significant storms since having the work done. We received 8 inches of snow that hung around for over a week (odd for Texas) and the extensive use of the ice/water in all the valleys kept everything dry as a bone. I highly recommend Robert and THIS roofing.

Used this company to install a roof. Once the contract was completed, the crew where on the job very soon. They finished all the work in 2 days after the materials were ordered and delivered. They cleaned and fixed anything that needed attention. Robert (the owner) is very responsive and cordial. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

We used Robert Cardoza and his team at T.H.I.S to replace a hail damaged roof and gutters, and restain our fence also damaged by hail. They did an excellent job of repairing everything back to a new condition. Robert was routinely onsite for hands on supervision during the process and constantly worked with our insurance company from the beginning to the end of the process, working with them to submit the claim and acquire adjustments when needed after finding additional damage during the repair process. It was discovered that some guttering had not been installed during the original home build. They finished that work for us as they replaced the other hail damaged guttering. Robert always acted as our advocate while working with the insurance company, defending additional repairs at a savings to us. The quality of work on the roof, fence, and gutters along with post work clean-up was excellent. They always arrived at the agreed time and worked well into the evening to get the work done quickly and according to our schedule. The entire process was closely monitored by them which made the whole experience easy and straight forward, always being available and quick to respond to any questions we had. All members of the team were professional and a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to please the customer and showed pride in providing an excellent result. Hiring T.H.I.S was the best decision we made in choosing a company to replace our roof and repair other damage. We have no hesitation in recommending Robert and T.H.I.S for any kind of pain-free roof repair, or for any of their services. Thanks, Craig & Gaylan
