TrueWorks Roofing LLC - Roofing Contractor in Houston, TX

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience with TrueWorks Roofing! TrueWorks Roofing did an amazing job from beginning to end! Our roof had so many issues, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Laura was absolutely wonderful — she fought hard with our insurance company and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication were truly impressive. The entire team worked efficiently, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We love our new roof and couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you, Laura and the TrueWorks Roofing team, for everything!

From sales through installation, the TrueWorks team was great to work with. They are patient, knowledgable and passionate about roofing. The quality of materials they sell and the techniques they use to install are best in class. They did a standing seam metal roof on my home in February 2025 where they worked around the snow storm, and they didn't miss a beat. We are elated with the final product, and we are also pleasantly surprised that the metal roof stays very quiet through heavy rain storms. I assume a lot of it has to do with the proper installation of the roofing system. The crew was respectful and kept the property clean, and they did a thorough job with the install. As with any serious construction project, I did have a couple minor/cosmetic concerns -- and the mark of a great company is how they handle it. Jessica, Joel, Laura, Alex, Gabriel and the whole team worked to make everything right. I have and will continue to recommend this team.

If you need a new roof or roof repair, I cannot recommend TrueWorks Roofing enough. Every step of the way was top notch!!! Laura walked me through every step. Angel the project lead was professional, curious, and even arrived before scheduled time!!! From the detailed proposal, prepping before start, take off, live photos with progress, the new roof and the clean up….was incredible. You also receive a documented start to finish Even free ice cream for all who came by to see it all happen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. So excited to enjoy my new roof from tonight!!!

I recently had to replace my roof after storm damage, and I’m thrilled with the work done by TrueWorks Roofing. They removed my old roof and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Although there were a couple of minor issues during the installation, the team caught and resolved them immediately, often before I even noticed. Their responsiveness to my questions was exceptional—whenever I reached out, they were there to help. Jessica Dingle, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy and thoroughness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Owner Laura Cole and her husband Josh were also fantastic. They were readily available by phone and text, always explaining the process clearly and even assisting with our insurance claim. Their dedication truly reflected the family-owned business atmosphere, with a genuine commitment to perfection. I’d like to give a shoutout to Project Manager Evan for being so polite and attentive, and to Gabriel for his meticulous inspection work, ensuring everything was flawless. Given my positive experience, I will definitely be using TrueWorks Roofing for future roof replacements on my investment properties. Highly recommend this outstanding team! ***UPDATE*** "I recently had to replace my roof on my primary home after storm damage, and I was so impressed with TrueWorks Roofing that I decided to use them again for a roof replacement on my investment property. Once again, they exceeded my expectations! This time, the crew of 19 workers completed the entire roof replacement in just six hours, which was incredibly efficient. The quality of the work was excellent, and they handled every detail with professionalism. The team was organized, and it was clear they had a well-coordinated system in place to get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. Just like the first time, they went above and beyond in assisting with my insurance company and even worked seamlessly with the HOA to ensure everything was in compliance. Their communication throughout the process was top-notch, and they made sure I was always informed and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and dedication of Jessica Dingle, Laura Cole, and Josh. They all played a crucial role in making both roof replacements smooth and stress-free. Their commitment to excellence is evident in everything they do. Given my experiences with both properties, I’ll continue to trust TrueWorks Roofing for all of my future roof replacements. I highly recommend them—this team is truly outstanding!"

After doing extensive research on manufacturers of various roof shingles & then narrowing it down to three … I determined that Malarkey Class 4 was the best shingle for my home. Had multiple personal visits with their owner, marketing & technical team to determine exactly what was needed. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, safety conscious & most of all efficient & did exactly what they promised without a fuss or issue. They did a great job, finished on time, and kept the site clean & safe during the install process for my new roof. Fantastic group of people who absolutely “did it right”!!! I would definitely recommend this company & hope that anyone looking for roofing, contact them asap !!! They will take great care of you & your roofing needs !!!!!!!
