ARCO Review Findings
Bumble Roofing is highly regarded for their professional, honest, and communicative approach, with owner Hal frequently praised for providing transparent assessments and proactive updates. Customers consistently highlight the team's high-quality workmanship, prompt service, and commitment to thorough cleanup after completing projects.
It helps to have a great trusted network! We had some leak issues coming from our roof into our attic that our plumber pointed out. I called Hal and he sent his crew for inspection. Our roof was replaced in 2016. There were areas that needed to be resealed. They did a great job! Highly recommend Hal and Bumble Roofing!
Bumble Roofing did an excellent job in replacing our roof. Hal provided periodic updates on the status and progress; In addition, he informed us of what & when to expect the next step. Hal and the crew did all they committed to in the contract and then some! Cleaned up the place very nicely after the job was done! Extremely satisfied with their workmanship, ease of doing business with Hal/Bumble Roofing and their professionalism!
Hal and his team were great to work with. They were proactive with getting the work done as soon as possible and had very open communication lines. Hal did a full drone inspection to diagnose the roof issues and gave a honest report. I'd fully recommend his team to anyone and will use them again for my roof if needed!
Following hurricane Beryl, only Bumble Roofing responded to requests about my roof and deck repair. My deck had a unique problem, but Hal spoke with manufacturing companies to find the best solution, and he was very communicative throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond, was honest, and it was easy to talk with him and the company about everything. Gabriel did a great job with the actual repair and I'm confident our roof and deck are protected against any hurricanes/storm/rain in the foreseeable future.
These guys did an amazing job on our Heights home! We were pretty nervous about getting a new roof since our house is so tall, but they totally got it. The crew showed up on time every day and knocked it out in just a few days. Hal was super helpful and didn't give us any of that pushy sales talk - just straight answers about what needed to be done. They even helped us pick shingles that match the neighborhood's vibe (you Heights folks know how important that is!). What really impressed me was how careful they were with our garden - my hydrangeas survived! 😅 They cleaned up so well you'd never know they were here. No random nails in the driveway either, which is huge if you've ever had roofing work done before.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
