Boss Hogg Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Houston, TX

This company is awesome!!! Some of the best customer service I've ever received from ANY contractor or company! From the first interaction with Scott, he immediately gave the “were here to help you” attitude rather than the typical used car salesmen from other companies. They were extremely patient while we dealt with insurance, but still checked in letting us know he's here to help us whenever we need it. And he meant it. After winning the insurance battle, we told him we were ready to proceed. This is when we met Richard the project manager, who was AWESOME!!! Richard and Scott presented us with our options, and explained every little detail of the entire process- down to the type of nails they would use! They went into great detail on the warranty we would be receiving and it was a no brainer to choose them. Then came the install..They showed up the day before to cover our bushes and began teardown and install the following day-that was a green flag as i’ve seen many other companies not showing the same level of care. They showed up at 6 a.m the next day and were out of the driveway by 3 p.m..The quality and craftsmanship lived up to the expectations as well. Richard remained on site from the start all the way till the end, ensuring that everything was running smooth and executed to the highest quality standard. The final product looks amazing, we are incredibly grateful for choosing them over the others. Needless to say, i would HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing needs, especially if you value top tier customer service and quality craftsmanship!! Thank you BOSS HOGG!!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We recently had our roof replaced by Boss Hogg Roofing, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of our property. They walked us through every step of the process, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our choices. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and completed the entire job faster than we expected—without cutting any corners. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and our new roof looks fantastic! It’s clear that Boss Hogg Roofing takes pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s honest, dependable, and delivers high-quality work, look no further. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. The project manager as well as the owner really took the time to answer all my questions and concerns prior to the project start and they never made me feel like a was a nuisance. I didn’t think I would ever know this much about roofing! The project manager called me the day before the project to explain what will be happening from deliveries and timing of arrival - all went just as expected. The one thing I noticed that has been different from all the other roofing jobs around my neighborhood is how extensively they took the time to tarp all the way around the house. This stemmed from a walk around inspection after signing the contract. See pictures. The owner says sometimes laying down tarps isn’t feasible but they do what they can. It was also a windy day and the project manager ensured that all trash was picked up - even those that flew a distance away from the property. They also put everything back in place, hauled away all the trash, and ran what I assume is a metal detector to find wayward nails in the grass after all was said and done. Last, my roof looks amazing! I love the color and the look but most importantly, that it is rated impact 3 against hail. I’m confident about the product choice all in due part and thanks to all my questions that was patiently answered. We also noticed what a great job the roofers did with the edges. Very clean! The 2 solar fans installed should also help with the Texas heat. Thanks so much to Scott and Carlisle for making this roof project go so smoothly. It’s nice to walk away from it with confidence and satisfaction. Highly recommend this company. You couldn’t do any better.
