Advanced Roofing Solutions - Roofing Contractor in Houston, TX

Advanced Roofing came out to our store in Montrose to replace our old gravel roof of 30 plus year and they did a phenomenal job. The work took less than a week, and we were impressed with the high level service they provided. I worked with Tim and Julian, and they were very transparent on condition of the roof and what repair vs replacement would look like. I chose to go with replacement, and the process was so easy. We had a hard week of rain two weeks later and no leak. I am confident if there were any problem, Advance Roofing would stand by their work! -Patrick Lam

Over the years the roof of our large three story office building have deteriorated to the point of major leaks into our offices. Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC was the company we picked because of their high ratings and testimonials. I was skeptical at first, but after working with TIM PAYNE (the owner)! we had an incredible experience from start to finish. What impressed us even more was his outstanding customer service—he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and such great communication. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the roof itself, but his attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I was very impressed with his work ethics and commitment to perfection. Mr Payne was at the job site on daily bases at least once a day, supervising managing and directing his employees even though there were two foremen daily. Advanced Roofing performed first class work, their attention to details and knowledge of the construction process was exceptional. The project was completed in a timely manner, within budget and exceeded our expectations. I Highly recommend Advanced Roofing Solutions LLC to anyone needing roofing work. You won’t find better service anywhere else!

Advanced Roofing Solutions was a great company to work with. They replaced the commercial roof of the restaurant I work for. Tim (the owner) was involved in the whole process making sure we were happy with the work. They made it very clear the work to be done and all the particulars. They showed us the product and materials to be used making sure that it will last even in extreme weather conditions. I highly recommend using them for your business or project.

My entire experience with Advanced Roofing Solutions was more than seamless. They were prompt from the beginning! I own my own business and naturally I have high expectations for whomever I contact. The communication back and forth was crystal clear. Tim made sure I was MORE than taken care of, he called me every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with every step of the process! My roof looks PERFECT and other companies quoted me close to double what Advanced Roofing Solutions quoted me. If you’ve been searching for a company who is thorough, responsive and does great work, you’ve found the one. I used them for a rental property I own and will continue to use them for every need I have. Thank you to you and your team Tim! Keep doing GREAT business.

Tim and the entire crew at Advanced Roofing Solutions LLC really did a great job on our roof (see photos). We were in need of a new roof and a reliable system that would solve our water leaking issues once and for all. Tim was reliable with great follow through, and performed quality work all the way to completion. More than we were expecting. They really value the longevity of the systems they install, and want to make sure each of their customers are happy, and more importantly left with a good system installed. I also feel they are at a fair price point. They aren't going to overcharge on everything, but also are not a bottom dollar cheap contractor. This was a completely solid job, and I would recommend Advance Roofing Solutions LLC if you are looking for a reliable contractor at a good price point, with good follow through and commitment to their product and installation.
