ARCO Review Findings
Valor Roofing Group is consistently praised for its professional, honest, and attentive service, with owner Norm frequently noted for his clear communication and expertise in navigating insurance processes. Customers value the company’s high-quality workmanship, prompt project completion, and ability to handle complex tasks like solar panel coordination and custom structural additions.
The experience of getting a new roof had me nervous at first but this company did a great job and called me to keep me updated when I had to leave for work. The men were so nice who was doing the work and kept my mind at easy. I highly recommend them.
Honest, Friendly, and Affordable My family recently extended our patio and had a gabled roof cover built. We reached out to several companies about installing gutters on the new structure. We originally picked Valor Roofing Group because they were the most affordable, but we also appreciated how attentive and diligent they were. From the beginning, Norm was giving me options that other responders did not even mention. He even said he could install gutters matching the wood's stain color. The job was done just a few days later and we couldn't be more satisfied. I've hired my share of bad contractors, so it was refreshing to find a company that was such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely re-hire for future roofing needs!
Norm was very professional in his review of out roofing project. He engaged both my wife and I in the discussion/recommendation and timeline. His crew was well coordinated, cleaned debris as they worked. The project was started and finished as promised on budget and on time. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Valor Roofing.
Valor Roofing Group is my trusted roofer, Mr.Norm Newsom did many roofs for me and I am 100% satisfied with his services, —-Shiping Chen
Norm and his "team" were very professional in getting my hail damaged roof replaced. Even with having to coordinate having solar panels removed and replaced to put new shingles on, PLUS having to replace damaged porch screens PLUS putting gutters on the house, Norm explained every step being taken to ensure everything was being done to his and my satisfaction. I definitely picked the best roofing people to get the job done RIGHT. I HIGHLY recommend Valor Roofing. Al Moser
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
