Nortex USA - Roofing Contractor in Frisco, TX

Mark and his guys did an amazing job on my roof after a hailstorm. He does what he says, and does it well. I highly recommend Nortex USA!

This is the second roof Mark and his team have installed for me, and once again, they delivered perfection. Unknowingly, my previous roofing company had left behind 5 layers of felt and installed a Class 2 shingle. Nortex USA came in, corrected it all, and upgraded me to a Class 3 Owens Corning shingle backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty. The results speak for themselves. My roof looks immaculate. What truly sets Nortex USA apart is their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right no shortcuts, no rushing. Just superior craftsmanship from start to finish. If you want the best, call Nortex USA. 100% recommend.

When a bad hailstorm tore through our neighborhood, we were in the same boat as everyone else: needing a full roof replacement. I talked to a ton of roofing companies, and honestly, most of them felt like they were just trying to milk the insurance company for every last dime instead of giving me a fair price. That's why choosing Nortex USA was such a relief—and ultimately the best call we made! I picked them based on their solid track record and credentials. The difference was obvious from the initial assessment. Mark gave us a straightforward, no-obligation bid and measurements. Other companies were literally asking us to sign an exclusive contract before they'd even get on the roof or were openly suggesting ways to "trick the insurance." With Nortex, it was all about honesty and transparency. Our house is large, and we had high expectations for both quality and speed. Even with custom materials and vents, the crew pulled off a massive feat: a full roof installation completed in a single day! Mark and his team were incredibly careful; they covered all our plants and windows, and the property was perfectly clean when they left. I especially appreciated their use of a full system of Owens Corning products. Using the complete line earned us an additional, comprehensive warranty directly from Owens Corning. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and precision were simply outstanding from start to finish. If you need a roofing company you can absolutely trust to deliver quality and value, give Nortex USA a call!

Mark came out and gave me an honest and thorough free inspection on my roof after the hail storm. I didn’t have any damage at that time but when I need it in the future I will definitely contact them. Very friendly and professional.
