Jack On The Roof helped us fix a very bad brick repair, by another company. We are very pleased with the work, price and attention they gave us. They also fixed our patio cover. When it rained water was pouring down in front of the back door. The work they did fixed the issue.

JACK ON THE ROOF Jack did an awesome job working with my Insurance Company for the Approval for a Full Roof Replacement and Screens around my home! The Homeowners Insurance Co. that I’m currently with was a stubborn one, therefore going through not only the Insurance Co. Appraiser but Jack also got us an independent Appraiser to get the Approval I needed, and one every Homeowner Deserves!! Jack who was so Professional, and extremely knowledgeable as well as very Confident as he walked my Son and I through the entire process! Jack also has a QCM (Quality Control Manager) Rick who stays with the Roofing Team, and oversees the install!! He even put together a 3 way Communication System between Rick who’s always with the Roofing team kept Jack, and myself informed so we would always know how everything was coming along and whenever necessary! This gave me the greatest sense of security knowing I was being taken care of in every way possible!! Now that’s “Definitely” what I call “Brilliance” I’m so totally Impressed with Jack Fundenburg and his Company “Jack on the Roof” that I can’t emphasize enough to everyone who’s reading this review that if You’re looking for and “Desire Perfection” with the Roof that’s being installed on your Home then You can Trust You’ve found it all right here with this Company, and there’s no need to look any further!! JACK ON THE ROOF These guys did a GREAT and EXCELLENT job. Very profesional. Jack and his team sent me pictures and Drone videos during the installation process. They cleaned everything after they finished. The communication was great as well. The house looks great with the new roof. They also used the newest ventilation system. I met Jack over a year ago.. kept his card as we finally decided to put a claim in after a storm for hail and wind damage to our roof. Jack was here that afternoon.. up on the Roof and after some discussion about scenarios, I decided to file a claim. Jack met the inspector a week later and was present but not intrusive when the adjuster was evaluating the damage. Jack was on the roof to help guide as needed. Jack explained the process of the claims.. made it easy to understand and we scheduled the replacement. Jack upgraded me wherever he could... solar roof vents, wider gutters, excellent shingles as well as upgraded filter.covers for the gutters. He was present for the install.. made sure all my requests were handled and followed up after the job was completed... just 2 days! I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a conscientious roofing contractor that aggressively gets the job done to a customer's complete satisfaction.

Jack did a great job getting our insurance company to approve coverage..helping us get an independent appraiser to get the approval.. above and beyond helpful. The job was very easy, professional, and done in one day. They covered all the landscaping and covered the pool effectively so nothing fell in the pool. They left everything neat and clean. It was a seamless process and great job.
