ARCO Review Findings
Ascend Roofing is highly regarded for their professional, efficient, and transparent approach to roof installation and insurance claim support. Clients consistently praise Logan and his team for their excellent communication, high-quality workmanship, and respectful behavior, including meticulous job-site cleanup.
We had a severe hail storm hit us the morning after I had surgery and the morning of our baby shower, Logan was the first roofer of the day to knock on our door and the first thing he asked after he introduced himself was if everyone in the house was ok and if we needed anything at all, he didn’t try to get our business, he didn’t try and tell us how his company was the best in Texas, he showed us he cared and I knew from there we would be using Ascend. Throughout the whole process Logan communicated everything effectively and efficiently, even helping us with our insurance company and getting our shingle color approved through the HOA by contacting them directly. The day before the roof was installed our baby was born and he brought us a card congratulating us. The roof install was quick and it looks amazing and the cleanup afterwards was remarkable. All around having to deal with getting a new roof is a nightmare but I can say it was the opposite working with Logan and his team.
Amazing job from start to finish! Logan was diligent and made sure the insurance adjuster noted all damage so we would get maximum reimbursement for the hail damage to our roof, gutters, fence, and garage door. He provided great advice on shingle selection and the team was on time on finished the project in the expected time frame. Couldn’t be happier with our selection of rooking company and would highly recommend them. Thanks Logan!
Great to work with and felt supported through the entire process, from inspection to insurance claim to installation. We recently moved to Austin and house had an original roof that reached the very end of its life. Naturally we were inundated by offers from contractors walking by but Ascend noticed our no soliciting sign and tried to walk away without leaving their card. My wife tracked them down to thank them for actually respecting our wishes and we had a great experience with them. Highly recommended.
Logan and his team did a fantastic job. Can’t recommend them enough. To be honest before the job even started I brought a lot of issues to the table. I was working with a crummy insurance company and in a bind. Logan was super patient, answered all my questions and was always positive and prompt. When it came time to actually do the roof, it took less than a day and it turned out great! Him and his team were on time and respectful of my property and yard. I ran an errand and when I got back everything was cleaned up and ready to go like nothing had ever happened. Again, would highly recommend.
Ascend Roofing was great to work with. From start to finish, they were always very professional and timely. Thank you Logan for all your help!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
