Clients frequently highlight the team’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship, noting that they take great care to protect property during their work.
Did an exceptional job replacing roof Joe Walker was on site thr whole day and was the last to leave. He answered every question and was professional and friendly. They too great care to guard our flowerbeds in front and back yards, assuring nothing got damaged, never seen a roofing company take such great care. I have recommended Total roofing to state farm and several neighbors. Exceptional job zero complaints and Joe Walker has been with us through the whole process.
Phil with Total Roofing Systems was exactly what you want in roofing! He was quick to fit me in his full schedule and professional with his handling my roof needs. No pressure and communicated right away when I replied with questions. Blessed to have Phil in my phone for future referrals and maybe gutters down the line.
Total Roofing Systems did an amazing job! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions about a tree that punctured my roof, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of work was fantastic and comes with a workmanship guarantee. truly appreciate their attention to detail and that they fixed it and didn’t make me get a new roof. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company!
Total Roofing Services. Great roofing company! Phil Marlar, owner, was professional and knew the roofing process through and through. He answered all our questions and concerns with easy to understand explanations. We felt assured that we were in good hands. And it ‘totally’ worked out that way! We highly recommend Total Roofing Services for all your roofing needs.
Total Roofing is a great company to deal with, Eric showed up on a weekend to do a roof inspection and showed back up with the insurance company inspector to do another walk through with them. We ended up not needing any repairs but he kept great communication, followed up with me and answered all the questions I had. The next time we need any roof work done Total Roofing will be our first call.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
