I worked with Josh and Margarita Wyld for several years as a supplier while they operated Benchmark Roofing and later Surface Exteriors. As a distributor, you get a very clear view into how a contractor actually runs their business — and they were consistently professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Communication was always clear and proactive, whether it was scheduling, materials, or project coordination. They ran organized jobs, respected timelines, and treated both their customers and trade partners with integrity. From my perspective, the quality of workmanship was strong, and when issues did arise (as they sometimes do in construction), they handled them responsibly and without drama — focused on solutions rather than blame. I’d gladly work with them again and would confidently recommend them to homeowners or anyone in the industry looking for a contractor who operates the right way. — Scott Biggs
