Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Pennant Roofing & Construction is highly regarded for its high-quality workmanship, including roofing repairs, installations, and various home improvement projects. Customers consistently praise Jose and his team for their professionalism, clear communication, efficiency, and ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Jose and his team at Pennant Roofing & Construction were incredible to work with. From the start, they handled everything with our insurance to replace the roof decking and shingles, which made the process stress-free. Before any work began, I also asked them to take on several additional projects—building a patio cover, adding blow-in insulation in the attic, and painting the entire exterior of the house. They didn’t hesitate and managed it all with great communication and efficiency. What stood out most was their flexibility and attention to detail. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right, even taking care of a few things that made the end result even better. If you’re looking for a reliable team that delivers top-notch work, I highly recommend Pennant Roofing & Construction.
José and his team did an incredible job repairing my roof and solar panels after hail damage. I highly recommend him for the quality of his work and his honesty. Thank you so much, José!
I have been wanting to do this for 4 years since I built my new home. They did an excellent job and the crew was amazing. Jose was here most of the entire project or in the neighborhood. He responded quickly to questions etc. I would definitely recommend! I’ve shown before and after pics.
I am extremely impressed with the exceptional roofing work provided by Jose and his team. Their team of skilled professionals did an outstanding job replacing my old roof. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their attention to detail, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. The crew was punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property. They worked efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine. The quality of materials used was top-notch, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pennat for any roofing needs. Their competitive pricing, combined with their exceptional workmanship and customer service, makes them a standout in the industry. Thank you for a job well done!
I needed drywall repair after my son drove into the wall. Jose came over to give me an estimate and the next day, he brought his team to start work. They got it done in less than 2 days. Cant even tell something happened.. Price was reasonable and Jose made sure it all went smooth. Highly recommend.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
