Shepherd Roofing & Renovations - Roofing Contractor in Dallas, TX

Shepard Roofing and Renovations performed a complete roof replacement after a hailstorm and high winds damaged our home. David Espinoza and his team have been very good to do business with. Shepard Roofing and Renovations also did some siding replacement, new rain gutters and painting services for our historic home. Our experience with this company and David has been a positive one. They also took care of a number of small repairs that weren't in the scope of our contract. We highly recommend Shepard Roofing and Renovations to anyone in need of roofing and home renovation services. Give David a call, you'll be happy that you did.

David and his guys were polite, professional and punctual. I have an old Spanish style cement roof. They did repairs, sealed it and painted it. Looks great, they even put in a solar attic fan.

We had a great experience with David and his crew. From start to finish, they were thorough, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything neat and clean throughout the entire process, which is not something you see every day with roof repairs. David was honest, reliable, and transparent, which truly set him apart. Unfortunately, I haven’t found most roofers to be as honest and dependable, so working with David was a breath of fresh air. He communicated clearly, explained everything, and followed through exactly as promised. The crew was friendly, respectful, and did a wonderful job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to anyone needing roof repairs, you can absolutely trust him and his team to do quality work the right way.

This winter’s storm left some of my roof shingles flipped backwards and there had been a few years of Texas-weather-wear-and-tear which left assorted nail heads, accessories and flashings in need of a fresh seal. I called Shepherd Roofing and one day later met with Mr. Jesse Espinoza who was very cordial and knowledgeable. He brought his drone to get a close look at the flawed parts of my roof and spent the time necessary to show me the images and explain what could be done. He did not turn this work opportunity into a blown up expensive job. He was honest and gave me an affordable estimate. He went back to the office and prepared a well-organized and clearly stated repair proposal, which I found reasonable and acceptable. The work was promptly scheduled and carried out with excellence by Mr. Uriel Montiel. Mr. Espinoza returned to inspect and confirm that all repairs had been completed to my satisfaction, which they had. I am very happy to recommend Shepherd Roofing & Renovations to everyone in our region. (I already shared this information with my neighbors since we are always on the lookout for quality roofing and home improvement companies.) I absolutely plan to have the Shepherd team return for additional home repairs and improvements in the future.

Shepherd did great work! They replaced 6 commercial doors for our Grand Prairie Campus. From the beginning they were very communicative and very accommodating. Since we are limited with campus availability (operating hours and weather closures) they worked around our schedule to get things done in a timely manner. Although we had a similar quote for the work, their commitment to the “customer experience” was what made us comfortable in choosing them over others. David was descriptive regarding the scope of work and presented various options, materials, and hardware so that we were familiar with functionality and performance beforehand. He walked through the labor and demo process for each door so we were aware of potential impacts to operation. We definitely felt a part of the process and at no point felt oblivious to what we were installing. We truly value their dedication in providing great customer service and the quality of work.
