Here’s a strong, genuine review you can post for Michael: ⸻ I can’t recommend Michael enough. I was going through a really frustrating situation with my insurance company after filing a roof claim — they initially denied it, and I felt stuck not knowing what to do next. Michael stepped in, reviewed everything, and handled the process professionally from start to finish. Within about a week or two, he was able to get my claim approved. That alone speaks volumes about his knowledge and persistence. He kept me informed throughout the entire project, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. What felt overwhelming at first turned into a smooth process because of him. If you’re dealing with roof damage or insurance issues, Michael is the person you want in your corner. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients.

After a recent hailstorm, several roofing companies knocked on our door and were desperate to earn our business. However, Pro American Roofing’s approach was different, and they were genuine and honest from the start. Kevin made himself available at all times and guided me throughout the entire process, including working with my insurance provider and the HOA. He, along with Christian, was very transparent with each step of the process and made this stressful situation a breeze. Our roof, gutters, and fence look even better than before! If you’re looking for a trustworthy company, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Kevin and Christian!

Obed and Christian did an amazing job on my roof! My insurance initially denied the claim, but Pro-American Roofing got it fully approved, plus some extra interior repairs. They really went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend Pro-American Roofing to all my friends and family. They know their stuff when it comes to insurance policies and made everything super easy.
