Lone Star Roofing & General Contractors is highly regarded for their professional, knowledgeable staff who excel at managing insurance claims and delivering high-quality roofing, gutter, and remodeling work. Customers frequently commend the team for their responsiveness, thorough communication, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
Highly recommend Lone Star Roofing & General Contractors company. They installed our new roof on Nov 7th and came back early the next morning for final cleanup. It looks great. Jonathan Aguilar, the Project Manager has gone above and beyond in helping us get the claim processed from the insurance company AND mortgage company. Very personable and professional and always returned our calls very quickly. The company is lucky to have him.
Mario with Lone Star Roofing was excellent to work with. They did an amazing job on my home after the storm. He worked hand and hand with my insurance company to make sure I was all taken care of. If you’re need a roof, or any home repairs I can’t recommend Mario and his team enough!
Had a great experience with Lone Star Roofing and Mario Martinez. He was professional and knowledgeable. He dealt directly with my insurance co. and I got a new roof and gutters due to hail damage. Lone Star Roofing did an excellent job installing my roof and gutters. Both look amazing. I highly recommend Lone Star Roofing. A++
Mario was great through the process of replacing our roof. He dealt directly with our insurance company and made sure that we received a fair settlement that covered ALL of the necessary repairs. The roof looks great! We were so pleased with that job we hired him to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. Juan came out every day and worked very hard all day to get the job done. The bathroom turned beautiful, even better than we expected and the cost was very reasonable. Both Mario and Juan are very professional and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be repeat customers for years to come.
Mario is a true professional with great experience. He was thorough and diligent in working with my insurance company that was pushing back from the beginning. His continued communication and fact finding made this a great experience and we highly recommend him and his company for your roofing needs! Thanks
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
