Flat Rock Roofing & Construction - Roofing Contractor in Dallas, TX

We had a bad hail storm roll in months ago and I was referred to Alex at Flat Rock Roofing. After being bombarded with a ton of other pushy roofers, Alex was not. And one of the reasons we went with him and his team. He was very patient with us and our HOA as we waited for approval. Alex recommended a couple of different brands. We ended upgrading to a Class 4 shingles from Atlas (Pinnacle IR) in Black Shadow. It looks great with our lighter brick and highly recommend Flat Rock Roofing. They were professional the entire time, product arrived a day before, installation went smoothly, Alex was onsite, and clean up was a breeze. They even magnetized my entire yard for nails. The next day gutters were replaced and driveway power washed. Would 100% recommend Alex and his team. Hope we don’t need another roof anytime soon but if we do, we know who to call. Thanks Alex!

Our experience with Flat Rock Roofing and Alex Edwards has been excellent. We called Alex a few months after a hail storm had gone through, and we began to notice water spots on the ceiling in a couple of areas of our home. He did a thorough inspection, and explained in detail how the entire process of repair would work. From the initial inspection of the roof for hail damage to helping us work with the insurance company to final install. Alex was with us through all three of our insurance inspections, making sure the adjuster was thorough. Within a week of the claim being approved, we had a beautiful new roof on our home and garden shed, and repaired / repainted ceilings, and new gutters. We also contracted them to add a solartube to our bathroom. They went the extra mile to reinforce the area around our chimney that had sagged, and to add special underlayment in a high volume valley. We are very satisfied with all work that Alex helped coordinate for us, and all the hard work put in by his teams. We highly recommend Flat Rock Roofing and Construction.

Alex and Flat Rock Roofing deliver! Alex was incredibly helpful with his knowledge and expertise. We were able to make informed decisions after consulting with Alex on various roof options, ventilation, etc. The roof looks great as do the gutters. I highly recommend Alex and Flat Rock Roofing!

Alex and his crew have been amazing. He replaced my primary home roof last year after a hail storm and now he's replaced the roof on an investment property. He even helped negotiate with insurance and get the entire roof replaced when they only wanted to cover a smaller portion. He is on top of communication and delivers perfect service and product. I have referred him to friends and he's taken care of them flawlessly. I cannot recommend him enough - Alex will be the only roofer you ever call again!

We had a great experience with Flat Rock Roofing. Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm a few months ago and needed to be replaced. Alex helped us through the process with the insurance company, walked through everything with the appraiser and did the follow-up to make sure they had all the right photos and details to wrap up the claim. Alex was accessible to us the entire time and provided drone footage multiple times during the process so we could see the work as it was being done. In the end, the roof, gutters and fence all look great. I also want to call out the cleanup. Our entire neighborhood had roofs replaced and we've had to be really careful of nails due to that. The cleanup at our house was extremely thorough. When they finished their cleanup and uncovered the pool, one of the workers saw that a small piece of shingle somehow made its way under the double plastic covering and he got the net and got that out…as well as a few leaves. Great attention to detail. Maybe they should take on pool servicing too. if we end up needing any work that falls into his areas of expertise in the future, Alex will be our first call.
