RPB Roofing And Construction - Roofing Contractor in Carrollton, TX

Highly recommend RPB Roofing & Construction for anyone needing commercial roofing work! My uncle’s commercial building has a standing-seam metal roof that was badly damaged in a storm. The insurance claim was originally denied. RPB Roofing provided incredibly thorough documentation (detailed photos, measurements, core samples, and a professional report) that clearly showed the damage was storm-related, not wear and tear. With that solid documentation in hand, the claim was successfully resubmitted and approved for a full roof replacement. The installation crew was on time, professional, kept the site clean every day, and the new roof looks fantastic. If you need a roofer who truly knows metal roofs and gives you the documentation you need to work with your insurance company, these are the people to call. Outstanding experience from start to finish!

We had a wonderful experience! This company is very customer oriented and made sure we were happy at every stage of the process. Even when a minor hiccup occurred, they were available on a weekend and sent a crew to ensure that any delay was remedied. I have to say that, in our case, they had to jump through hoops and take extended time to deal with our insurance carrier. They did ALL the leg work, keeping us updated and out of that headache, which were very appreciative! I recommend 10/10 ??

RPB did renovations on my mother-in-law’s home, and our experience with RPB was fantastic. Their customer service and their work truly exceeded our expectations. RPB replaced our roof and gutters within just two days, and the new exterior paint was greatly done. The house looks like a new home. Highly recommend!

The team showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly ( no pushy sales tactics) and used high quality materials that looked fantastic. They worked quickly but meticulously- the crew finished the job in just one day without cutting any corners. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. And they followed up afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied Excellent service
