Tarrytown Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Austin, TX

We had a fantastic experience with Tarrytown Roofing. Jeff was quick to get his team onsite and assess a water leak we had in our roof. His team identified a number of tiles that needed to be replaced and recommended a reasonable scope to ensure the roof was repaired properly and to code. The communication was phenomenal throughout the process. I would strongly recommend Jeff and his entire team. If you can have a good experience with a roof repair Tarrytown is the company.

I cannot give enough kudos to Tarrytown Roofing for their fantastic work to repair my hail-damaged roof and gutters. Jeffrey and team promptly responded to my request to inspect damage from the May 2025 hail storm, which decimated my home with 3"-4" hail stones. They worked directly with my insurance company to get me the most value from my policy, including meeting with my adjustor and actually getting up on the roof to inspect damage (instead of just sending up a drone). Everything was communicated to me clearly with plenty of advance heads up. When the team arrived, they made sure to put down tarps and a pool cover, keeping my plants and garden safe from debris. I was amazed at how quickly the roof was replaced, with Jeffrey offering ideas on how to make the new roof look even better than the old one and spotting areas where I could make minor upgrades. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results - the house looks better than ever, my roof is fully replaced along with my gutters and soft metals, and my home was left in a clean, polished state. This is the company you want to hire and have on your side!

TarryTown Roofing stands out as a shining example of integrity and excellence in the Central Texas roofing industry. Jeffrey and his team embody professionalism and transparency, and their exceptional customer service is a standard that others in the industry would do well to emulate. My journey to find a trustworthy roofing company was born from a challenging experience in 2018 when I had my hail-damaged roof replaced by a well-known, established local company that initially seemed reputable. Unfortunately, what followed was poor craftsmanship, unmet promises, and a frustrating experience. That encounter left me determined to find a roofing company that would restore my faith in quality service. Fast forward to 2025, when I reached out to several companies through Yelp for bids on repairing damaged shingles and a small hole caused by a tree branch. From the moment Jeffrey Jones arrived, I felt an immediate sense of trust. He not only provided a fair and honest estimate but also pointed out hail damage that I had not noticed. His positive demeanor, coupled with his transparency about what needed to be done put me at ease. There was no pressure—just clear, straightforward guidance. I moved forward with Jeffrey's fair quote for the minor repairs, and they were completed that same day with outstanding results. I also filed a claim for the hail damage Jeffrey mentioned. Jeffrey’s professionalism and candor during the minor repair earned my confidence. Without contacting other companies, I decided to take a leap of faith and asked Jeffrey to join the insurance inspector who would assess the hail damage. The insurance inspector confirmed the damage that Jeffrey brought to my attention and my claim was approved without any insurance drama. Throughout the process, I had many questions, but Jeffrey answered them all with patience and thoroughness. He even provided a detailed, line-by-line estimate and worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered. His responsiveness to my calls and texts was always prompt, which made me feel supported at all times. The TarryTown Roofing crew arrived on time, and their professionalism and respect were refreshing. This was a tight-knit crew, that clearly had been together for a while. The finished product is nothing short of amazing. The entire experience with TarryTown Roofing was seamless and stress-free. Jeffrey went above and beyond, even crediting me for the initial shingle repair I had already paid for and offering a Veteran discount. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeffrey and TarryTown Roofing. If you need roof repairs or replacement, I encourage you to reach out to Jeffrey. His commitment to excellence will transform what can be a stressful experience into an effortless and rewarding one. You will not be disappointed.

When I called for some guidance and information about the roofing process and materials to use, James was generous with it. He was incredibly helpful and it was appreciated. When the need gets closer, we'll definitely be reaching out to Tarrytown Roofing as a favored option.

Jeffrey Jones and the team at Tarrytown Roofing are awesome to work with. Not only is the work high quality, but it was also done on time at a fair price. I originally had them do some gutter work on my house but later used them to replace a roof on a vacation home. I have since recommended them to several friends who have used them. After some past experiences with other roofers, Tarrytown Roofing is the only roofer I will call again.
