We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! The communication throughout the entire project was outstanding, and we always felt informed every step of the way. The crew was professional, respectful, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We absolutely love our new standing seam metal roof and highly recommend this company!

I recently had Roofs Only install a beautiful standing seam metal roof on my home, and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience! From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to walk me through every detail of the project, explaining the benefits of standing seam metal roofing and answering every single question I had, no matter how small, without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed. Their communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. The installation crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and worked meticulously to ensure everything was done right. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The roof looks fantastic and I already feel more confident my home will be protected during storms. What really set Roofs Only apart, though, was their attention to detail after the job was done. They left my yard and driveway spotless, better than I expected. No stray nails, no mess, just a clean slate. I was surprised a full year later when the owner, Jake, personally called to schedule a free one-year inspection. He came out, checked everything over, confirmed the roof was performing perfectly, and even answered a couple more questions I had. That kind of follow-up and genuine care for their customers is rare these days. If you're considering a new roof—especially a high-quality standing seam metal one—look no further than Roofs Only. They delivered exceptional service, top-tier craftsmanship, and true peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Jake and the entire Roofs Only team!

Jake and his team did a superb job with replacing our roof. From start to finish their work was exceptional. Communication was great, helping to guide me through the insurance process with ease. They were timely, and the quality of their work was unmatched. Jake (the owner) is responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend them higher.

Less than a year into owning our first home we had major hail damage. Being new homeowners, we were a bit overwhelmed with so many roofers stopping in to talk to us, but Jake Mullins from RoofsOnly stood out amongst the crowd. He was extremely respectful and answered every question we had and then some. This being our first roof to ever replace, he took the time to walk us through the whole process and every step of the way was open and honest. He was not trying to push us one way or another on any product but rather gave us honest details that let us make educated decisions into what worked best for our budget. Jake was very easy to get ahold of and was willing to work within all of our HOA regulations and wait to start until we had approval. All of the crews, from solar removal/re-installment, to the roofers, and even the gutter teams, were on all on time and very kind and respectful of our property. Workmanship was top notch and did a thorough cleanup job using magnets to remove any nails that might of slipped by the tarp coverings. I would highly recommend Jake and his crews to anyone in need of any sort of roof repairs.
