Reliance Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Austin, TX

I have several rentals and every storm season I count on Reliance. They are a locally owned company that works hard to earn my business. I can always count on a very prompt response and hands-on, personal guidance for how to deal with insurance- actually they usually do it for me. They fight my battles and I can always count on getting the best pricing, the best roofing, and the nicest people doing the job. And the results soeak for themselves- they are careful to take care of the landscaping when the roof comes off, and meticulous in putting it back on. They even helped me change insurance to get a better deductible one year. Ben and team have become like family and I know I am in excellent, capable hands when I need them most. Storm season is stressful enough but I know I've got the roofing team I need to back me up.

Reliance Roofing, and Ben, were absolutely fantastic. They did a full roof replacement for us due to weather damage, helped with the insurance claim, and even guided us through appraisal when the insurance company tried not to pay. I can’t recommend them enough!

After a hail storm, Reliance handled everything for us- even showed up when the insurance estimator came out to answer questions and ensure everything was attended to. The crew worked nonstop and we were impressed with their attention to detail as well as the quality of work. Every time I come home I smile at the new roof because it just looks fantastic.

I had an excellent experience with Reliance Roofing from start to finish. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their team was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, gave a fair and transparent estimate, and delivered exactly what they promised—quality work, on time. The crew was respectful of my property and made sure everything was left spotless once the job was done. The new roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing it was installed by true professionals. I highly recommend Reliance Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing services.
