Onward Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Austin, TX

Onward roofing did an amazing job on our roof from start to finish. They helped us deal with our insurance company and guided us through the process to get your roof paid for. They are very knowledgeable in this process and connected us with other professionals to help get this done. When it came time to replace the roof materials were delivered and the crew got to work. They were very efficient and got our large roof done in two days. They paid attention to every detail and clean up was amazing. Illaria, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and guided me along the way with choices and selections. Will, the owner, stepped in when needed and they really did a great job. If you are looking to replace your roof and cover it through insurance, I would definitely call Onward Roofing to help you with this process! Nice to work with a company with such integrity and trustworthy!

Rich and team are fantastic! Rich is a very strong communicator and quick to respond. This was essential since I was dealing with a roof repair during closing on a home. He went out of his way to meet the insurance adjuster after he had already been out to the house to assess the wind and hail damage. They replaced the roof in one day and his team worked directly with insurance to get the remaining depreciation amount sent. I absolutely recommend Onward Roofing!

Onward Roofing just replaced my roof and absolutely crushed it. The craftsmanship is stunning — the roof looks gorgeous — but what really blew me away was the cleanup. I’m an organized, detail-obsessed neat freak, and they left zero mess behind. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. If you want a beautiful roof and a team that respects your home as much as you do, Onward Roofing is the one to call. Highly recommend. They also take care of my luxury real estate clients!

I had a great experience with Onward Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and completed the job with a high level of precision. A special shout-out to my project coordinator, Ilaria. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ilaria was communicative, organized, and always available to answer any questions I had. She kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I felt confident and comfortable with the project's progress. Overall, I highly recommend Onward Roofing for any roofing needs in Austin. The quality of their work and their excellent customer service truly set them apart.
