ARCO Review Findings
Keith Barker Roofing is consistently praised for its high-quality workmanship, integrity, and responsiveness to both new installations and repair needs. Customers frequently highlight the company's excellent customer service, reliability, and professional staff who communicate effectively and stand behind their work.
FANTASTIC experience with Keith Barker Roofing !! Professional. Responsive. Excellent product mix. Expert installation. Excellent pricing. Excellent warranty. My brother has 50+ years in the builder and inspection industry. He has worked directly with , and inspected Barker Roofing projects for decades. His personal recommendation was spot on. Grateful to have Keith Barker and his fantastic team on my side on this re-roof project !
Company had installed our roof 11 years ago and we called when spots appeared on our ceiling. They inspected our roof and told us there was no leak, the spots appeared to be splatter from below (life with grandkids). They even brought a ladder inside and cleaned the spots for us, no charge. Bottom line, the tile roof they installed 11 years ago is still solid and their service is excellent. Hope we don't ever have a leak, but if we do I'm calling Keith Barker Roofing.
Absolutely blown away by the level of service! Even though the job was technically out of warranty, the team didn’t hesitate to step up and take care of a minor issue I was having. They could’ve easily brushed it off or charged me for the fix, but instead, they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. I highly recommend this company—they truly stand behind their work and take pride in doing the right thing. Five stars all the way!
Keith Barker Roofing was a great experience. He was very communicative and his crews showed respect when they arrived and were very respectful through the whole process of repairing my damaged roof. I would definitely contact them again in the future.
Barker Roofing is a great company for any roofing needs. From new construction to repairs they can do it all! They came to my house to replace some ridge shingles that blew off from high winds. They were fast, kept me informed and made the repairs quickly. I would recommend them to anybody in need of roofing services.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
