Kas Contracting - Roofing Contractor in Austin, TX

Has Contracting installed a new roof on one of my rental properties. The color selection they had available was great and I love the color I picked for the house. They were prompt and efficient and I would recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Erik was great to work with from beginning to end. He’s not a hard sell and kept us informed throughout the process. We appreciate that KAS uses high quality products, bore the load of working with our estimator, and had a considerate team of folks executing the work. The cleanup was excellent and we recommend Erik and his team for anyone looking for a new roof!

I’ve hired Kas twice for full roof replacements and additional exterior work, and they’ve been outstanding each time. John is great to work with—reliable, professional, and always delivers exactly what he promises.

I had to have my roof replaced in 2021 due to the hail storm that hit Central Texas. I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote. John and his team at Kas were methodical, professional, and extremely informative of the process, especially in having to deal with my insurance company. They met with the insurance inspectors, negotiated with them, showed them things they missed on their report, and ultimately took care of it. I now have impact shingles on my roof which lowers my homeowner's insurance and will hold up to incremental weather better. The roof they put on is great. Their workers were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. A year later my neighbor needed her roof replaced and I recommended John and Kas Contracting. She ultimately went with them as well and could not have been happier. She had the same inspection issues with the insurance company. She told me John and the team were on calls with the insurance company and were able to get what was needed to replace the roof. 3 years later, I switched over my insurance company and needed a form filled out by Kas. John couldnt have been nicer about the request and had it done for me the same day. The service from this company is amazing. If you need to use this company, I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future should any need arise. Use with the utmost confidence.

Kas Contracting recently replaced the roof on my rental house, and Erik was the point of contact. He did an excellent job installing the new roof, fixing the front glass door, and handling other related work. My roof shingles were upgraded at no extra charge, and Erik even covered some parts out of his own pocket to ensure the job was completed on time. Kas Contracting also handled all the insurance paperwork. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
