Gold Star Roofing And Construction - Roofing Contractor in Austin, TX

Gold Star Roofing was amazing throughout the process of getting our roof replaced. Our insurance was not easy to work with and Jordan came in with tons of knowledge and led us through the process, talking us through the next steps and being available for any questions we had. From the start we felt like we were in good hands. We would not have a new roof if not for him and we are so thankful. The crew that replaced the roof were fantastic as was everyone that we worked with throughout this process. We will be recommending Gold Star to everyone we know. They also offer other services outside of the roof and we will be returning to them in the future for those needs as well.

We were referred to Jordan Kohlburg of Goldstar Roofing by a trusted friend. Jordan was very professional in dealing with us from the get go and delivered the new roof as he said he would. No deviations! Very amazed by his work and notably his cleanup after the job was completed. He impressed us with his knowledge of ventilating the attic by placing fans and intake vents in the proper places to reduce attic temperature. The attic temperature when the house was constructed was around 140 degrees Fahrenheit but now after the new roof, we think the temperature will be cut by at least 20 degrees. Attached are pictures of his workmanship. We would highly recommend Jordan and Goldstar for their outstanding work and we are glad we went with him. Mey and Val

Jordan was incredibly helpful with the insurance claim from start to finish. He walked us through the process, helped with the paperwork, and connected us with the right people so we could get the most out of our claim. The process took almost six months, but he stayed in touch the entire time, checking in regularly and updating us on the progress so we always knew what was happening. Because of his dedication and persistence, we were finally able to get the settlement we deserved from the insurance company. Once everything was approved, the Gold Star Roofing team completed the roof replacement and did an excellent job. The crew was professional, efficient, and the finished roof looks great.
