Hiring the right contractor for our outdoor patio covering felt like a gauntlet. This is something that I had wanted to have done for several years, but finally got around to really putting in the effort this year. It was extremely difficult to find a team that delivered quality work, was trustworthy, and offered fair pricing. I feel so thankful that I chose Mark’s team. From day one of construction, I could immediately tell their crew was experienced and highly skilled. A huge shoutout to Jose, the foreman, who was exceptional. I was genuinely amazed at the speed and superior quality of their work. The final patio cover turned out better than I ever imagined it could. Mark installed a 30 year shingle roof to our house we were selling. The price was great, very competitive pricing, was able to do it very quickly to meet time schedule, quality workmanship and great job cleaning up. Highly recommend.

Mark and his crew did a great job with our sunroom. They poured a new foundation for the sunroom and extended it to make a patio as well. Communication was good. They were flexible and quick. It’s been a year since they finished and it’s still looking great. They also replaced the roof and installed ridge vents and that is looking great too.

I hired Mark to replace my rotting wood patio with concrete. I had three quotes including Mark's, but All Good stood out for me due to several reasons: - Didn't call me (a young female homeowner) "Mrs." or assume I had a (nonexistent) partner. Treated me with respect and never questioned my knowledge. - When he came to my property he mentioned his company did other things. I started listing off some other projects I needed, but he stopped me and said "let me do your patio first, then you can decide if you want me to do the other things based off my work". Wow! Didn't upsell me a single bit and stood behind his work from the beginning. - His quote was not only on the lower end, but included ensuring the existing metal roof was properly secured. He was upfront with me when costs changed, and even honored my budget when the project ended up going over due to the dump fees associated with removing the wood from my old patio. The folks he used to pour the concrete were quick, communicative, friendly, and thorough. Most importantly the finished product is AMAZING! Do note that Mark prefers to keep things old fashioned- including printing and mailing the contract and using checks to pay. Totally fine with me, especially considering the excellent work. I hired Mark and All Good Roofing to demolish my old patios, pour two concrete slabs attached to my house slab, build new covered front and back patios and install a new roof in late 2020 and couldn't be happier with the result. These guys scheduled the jobs out in a predictable and consistent fashion and have many years experience with this kind of work. They showed up on time every day and did exactly what they said they would do, while incorporating some minor changes along the way to the designs. They tied everything together perfectly to look like new construction. My house has been amazingly transformed. This is a well organized and legitimate contractor that offers high quality, custom work.
