I had excellent assistance from [redacted] at Joe Hall roofing to get a claim from the shingle company whose granules are coming off of my shingles prematurely. I received a very acceptable settlement and I have just finished having my new roof installed. The expert installation crew, the cleanup afterwards, the 'Quality Control' man, [redacted], coming around to check and go over the list with me, and all for a reasonable price is the reason I can Highly recommend Joe Hall Roofing Company.

[redacted] customer for 25 years. Incredible service with friendly employees who go the extra mile to ensure a quality job. Amazed at their communications in keeping customers appraised throughout the whole repair process; and communicating with insurance company to obtain proper financial coverage of damages through homeowner insurance.Superb resource for the [redacted] community.

Great company! We were kept well informed of the work schedule and what to expect. They only used quality materials and the cleanup was excellent. They worked with our insurance to make sure we were treated fairly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Joe Hall Roofing was superb to work with. Quickly inspected our roof after a hailstorm and prepared a detailed estimate, and coordinated with insurance. Undertook and completed the job in one (long) day. No exceptions to the estimate. This is our second time to use Joe Hall Roofing and, if needed, it likely will not be the last.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
