Fat Matt Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Abilene, TX

Highly professional and effective roofing company. My wife and I just used Fat Matt roofing for a leak that occurred at our house during last weeks storm. We called Fat Matt and they came out same day to perform an inspection. The inspector was proessional and fast. He found 2 leaks and repaired them on the spot. He took detailed photos and showed us so we could understand what happened and then he was on his way. The company then followed up a couple days later to make sure everything went ok. This is how businesses should be ran and we will be using them for any roofing issues (although I hope we don't have anymore.) Awesome company!!!

Our experience with Fat Matt roofing was excellent/great. The timely manner in which they came to my home and check the damage and did temporary repairs which held up because we has some rain while waiting for the roof to be replaced. Zach Gonzales was our representative and he was very helpful. He walked us through every step and answered all questions we had. He was accessible. The crew that torn down the old roofing and put the new roof was timely in that they arrived about 7 in the morning and was done by about 1pm. They had covered everything to protect items in the yard. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure there no nails etc in the yard. The finished product is awesome. We would highly recommend using Fat Matt to anyone that asks about our need roof.

Fat Matt competed our roof last month, and the process was seamless. I don’t think it could have gone much smoother. I had a number of initial questions about how the process worked, our insurance coverage, etc, and Brent took the time to answer my questions and explain the pieces I didn’t understand. Once the process was further down the road, I worked with Shane. He was awesome as well - great customer service. Shane handled the initial quote, contracting with a third party for the detachment/reattachment of the gutters, providing the samples for the color selection, and so much more. The roof looks great, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. Thank you, Fat Matt team!

We had hail and wind damage on our roof and the insurance company was being very difficult with us. Dakota from Fat Matt Roofing really took good care of us. He was so patient with the process and helped out with the insurance company so very much. The new roof is beautiful! Getting a new roof is not fun, but Fat Matt made it less painful and we wouldn't have had the insurance help without them. Dakota was here every time the insurance inspectors came and had conversations. The company helped by sending their estimates to the insurance also. This is a very professional organization that is going to be around in the future to help and to warranty their work!!

I would highly recommend the Fat Matt team to anyone needing roof repairs. Shane V. was an excellent representative and a true professional. I was very impressed on the quick response for initial service request. They managed with my busy schedule plus their work load making repair process smooth. My roof wasn’t just repaired, it was reconstructed the correct way making it stronger for years to come. Thanks Shane and Fat Matt Roofing!!!
