Haven Roofing and Exteriors, LLC - Roofing Contractor in Memphis, TN

Outstanding people, service, quality and processes! Delivered a great product in all ways. Roofed house and did exterior work to replace rotten boards and painted. Over and above working with insurance company for minimal out of pocket.

Great job all the way through. It was a lengthy process with the insurance but Haven handles most if that. Installation in one day, roof looks great. Final meeting was great to. Very detailed in all the steps of this process and very professional.

I had a great experience with Haven Roofing from start to finish. Jason was excellent to work with and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, and I always knew what to expect and when. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, the quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed on schedule. I was also really impressed with how well they cleaned up afterward. Once they were finished, you would hardly know a roofing crew had been there. It’s refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they’re going to do and takes pride in the quality of their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haven Roofing, and Jason in particular, to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

I’m not gonna lie, when he first came to my door talking about my roof, I thought he was a scammer. 😂 I was VERY skeptical, so of course I had to do a little research on the company first. After checking them out, I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did! He told me he could help me deal with my insurance company, and he did exactly what he said he would do. After spending so many nights worrying, stressing, and even crying about how I was going to get my roof fixed, he came through and got me a new roof! I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended! GARY IS AWESOME!!!!

I don’t usually post reviews but I wanted to make an exception this time for them Great Company to work with. Jason literally held our hands through all the claim process with our home insurance and was straightforward from the start. No BS, answered all of our questions and was always available for us Cant thank them enough for an easygoing process From Jason, to the roof workers all the way to Emily at the Company office Thank you guys! Awesome Job! Can’t recommend this company enough, you won’t regret going with them
