About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Homestead Roofing & Exteriors is highly regarded for their professional workmanship, efficient scheduling, and clear, frequent communication throughout the project. Customers consistently praise the team for completing jobs in a timely manner, maintaining a clean work site, and providing high-quality results.
We have had warranty issues with a shingle company and all I can say is “Thank God For John” His patience and kindness has helped to get us through this process. Just so you know, the shingle issue was in no way related to John’s prior installation. He did an excellent job, he has been very professional and stays on top of things. We enjoy working with John.
John explained everything perfectly and followed up frequently, The Roof was done promptly and professionally. Everything was so clean. We would highly recommend these guys and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Again!
What a great job John and his crew did removing and installing new shingles and gutters on our place! Can’t recommend them enough if you need any work done. Will use them again if needed.
I have had Homestead do 2 properties this summer and I’ve been amazed how fast they have been able to get everything scheduled and done. All of their work has been top notch and I would highly recommend!
I found Homestead through the Better Business Bureau and John was first to reply and come give me a quote. I have an old place with some special features to work around, but he was up to it- hustled to get the job done, his crew was professional and tidy, and so far so good with my new gutters!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
