Daniel P. And his guys did a great job replacing roof and with the cleanup. Daniel kept me up to date on everything from what the insurance company said, when materials would be delivered, adjustments on repair time because of hurricane helen. I will be referring platinum exteriors to others who need reef repair and will definitely muse them again when the time comes.

A professional, efficient experience from start to finish. Like most home owners, I get roofers at my door all the time. Platinum Exteriors was the company we went with as they had an immediate grasp of the complicated nature of our roof (solar panels included). Both teams (solar and roofers) worked hard, and got the job done the way they said they would. When I had an issue a few days after completion, Platinum was here within 30 minutes and spent a couple of hours diagnosing and solving the problem. I HIGHLY recommend them for roofing projects. He kept us up to date on our claim and never pushed for a new roof as some businesses do. We did not have damage and James was honest and helpful in working with insurance to come to that pleasing conclusion.
