This was my first experience dealing with a roofing company. I had heard horror stories about roofing companies, so I had some trepidation about the process. But a neighbor had recommended MD Roofing so I called them. Project Manager Sean Theodoropoulos immediately put me at ease, explaining the process in great detail and introduced me to the company owners. I was impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism at every step. They gave me a detailed estimate, and every time they said they would arrive, they were right on time. Communication was instant whenever I had a question or concern. Their crew was hard working, professional, and meticulous. Roofing is a messy process, but they were very careful with my property, and Sean himself made very sure that they took care of every detail. They did an excellent job overall, on time, and slightly under budget. I now have a new roof that will be here for several decades. I am beyond pleased.
Hunter and MD Roofing was great to work with. They were professional from start to finish and did an excellent job on our roof. We initially just needed an inspection for a leak but due to the age of the roof and all the prior repairs, we decided on a new roof. Hunter was very good at providing many options that varied in price so there was never any pressure or selling something we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend!
MD Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, the crew showed up on time, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They were thorough, efficient, and left everything spotless when the job was done. It’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with honesty and reliability, but MD Roofing absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work done right the first time.
Hunter McLimans and MD Roofing did an outstanding job on my house. I don’t get up on my roof and I had no ideal I had issues before Hunters inspection. They helped with the insurance claim and the work was completed flawlessly.
Cody Cash was great! Without his help, our insurance would not have paid to replace our roof. The insurance company wanted to repair the shingles instead of replacing them. Cody worked with the insurance company on our behalf and got us a new roof. I would highly recommend Cody and MD Roofing for all roofing needs.
