About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
Lanier Roofing & Restoration is consistently praised for their professional communication, competitive pricing, and high-quality workmanship on roof installations. Customers frequently highlight the team's punctuality, thorough cleanup of the job site, and the attentive, reliable service provided by their staff.
Jay Alex was awesome. Arrived on time and very professional. He heard our concerns and he used a drone to check every part of our roof. I would totally recommend him to anyone.
We had a great experience with J.Alex and Lanier Roofing on a full roof replacement. We got 5 quotes. The Lanier quote was very professional with lots of detail. In the end it came down to Lanier and 1 other firm, both with superior products, but Lanier had the best price and best guarantee. On top of that they arrived when promised and even finished early. J. Alex came by at the start and checked in the 2nd day too. When they finished the site was spotless and I still haven't found a nail!!! To seal the deal J. Alex came by a few days later to ensure the work was completed, the site was clean, and that we were happy. If you need a new roof, J Alex us your guy and Lanier is your company!! We couldn't be happier!!
I met Jerry Lanier at a neighbor’s house that was having a roof installed. I’m very pleased with the quality of work for my new roof and gutters. Communication was clear and easy. Any issues were quickly addressed and I would certainly recommend Lanier Roofing to anyone needing a roof.
Lanier Roofing did a very good job with replacing my roof. The crew arrived early, went right to work, and were diligent until the installation was complete. The cleanup afterwards was commendable. Frank was a pleasure to work with. And Herman and Antonio were also very congenial. The project was a good experience.
Lanier did a great job of installing my new roof. The installers started early in the morning and worked until dark. Took great care of protecting my bushes from roof debris. Did an excellent job of cleanup of my property after the roof was finished. The sales contact J Alex Coleman was professional and was easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
