Neal Culler and his company did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. I can't recommend Culler Roofing highly enough. Over the years, I have contracted with numerous roofing companies in the Upstate area to repair/replace roofs on commercial and residential rental properties we own. Frankly, they were all painful experiences. That was why I watched with interest our next door neighbor's roof replacement. The crew was neat, efficient and diligent. Obviously they had worked together a long time. This was VERY important to me because most other roofing companies contract the roofing job with the homeowner and use a revolving door of laborers. Not Culler Roofing, I went over to my neighbor's home and introduced myself to Josue, the construction foreman and found out that he has worked with Culler for 7 years and uses the same crew. (Check the dedicated labor box!) Then I contacted Neal Culler to come and inspect our roof. The roof wasn't bad, just at the end of its useful life. Neal and I walked the roof. Neal was very knowledgeable... and listened. I was concerned about the quality of materials and installation warranty. Both were top notch. Neal gave us a very competitive quote. In all respects, Neal was honest, fair and a pleasure to work with. (Check the honest and fair box!) Lastly, the installation went without a hitch. The crew was on-time, neat, efficient and diligent... just as they had been on my neighbor's house. We have custom gutters on our home and Josue and his crew were careful not to damage them. We also opted for copper flashing that was expertly installed and looks great. All the old roofing debris was completely picked up and the landscape was left just as they found it. (Check the great installation box!) If you've made it this far, you can discern that I am picky and protective of our home. I have also been around the block with other roofers and I can assure you that you will NOT FIND a more fair or reputable roofing company in Upstate South Carolina. Give Neal Culler a call!

Just recently had Culler Roofing replace our roof. Neal was a good communicator, final price was completely inline with the estimate, crew was professional, cleanup was superb!
