ARCO Review Findings
Beemer KangaRoof is highly regarded for its professional, responsive, and efficient service, with customers frequently praising the team’s clear communication and high-quality workmanship. Clients consistently highlight the crew's diligence in completing projects on time and their meticulous attention to site cleanup, often noting that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Joe, Hannah, Patrick and Bryant were wonderful throughout the entire process of installing our new roof. They were always professional and throughly answered all of our questions. There was great follow-up and communication with everything delivered as promised. We have worked with Joe several times now, and each time he has been patient with all of our questions! He is fabulous to work with! Hannah is always super nice on the phone and obtains any needed information. Patrick and Bryant were fantastic with communicating the work schedule, working around our pet concerns and cleaning up everything in a timely manner. The Beemer team worked to resolve a couple of minor issues and remained friendly and professional from start to finish! We highly recommend their services!
This company is a great company to work with. From customer service to the contractor everyone was very professional. We had a chimney removed from a 100-year-old house roof, you can not tell where the chimney was. This will be my go-to company for all of my house restoration. Very reasonable price. This company AAA
Very happy with my roof replacement. The entire process was smooth. I was impressed by the entire team's professionalism and diligence. Thankful because I no longer worry about the roof. 😊
Beemer Kanga put a new roof on our house a year ago and it's been great. I was having issues with a dryer vent on the roof and they came back out today and all I can say is they totally went above and beyond. I felt like family with the service they gave. They didn't have to, but offered to help me with this at no cost in so many ways. I really appreciate their time and care. They also took a look at the roof while they were out here too. The employees are great to work with and I was able to meet one of the owners today. He literally got on my very-high roof and also crawled behind my dryer--I mean for sure "above and beyond". I would recommend them to anyone!
Beemer Kangraroof, in my review deserves much more than 5 stars! They came to our rescue when we had a leak in our roof due to heavy rains and particularly the ice storm we had. They came out within hours of my call for help. Their rep Joe knew exactly the problem and provide us with a very reasonable quote right while on site. Within a week an extremely customer dedicated crew came out to complete the repair. The crew was terrific! Explained what they were doing and and I felt complete confidence. When they were done they cleaned up the entire area on the roof and our property. The office staff was also terrific to deal with. Praise and Thanks to Hanna who kept us advised as to the status of the job. Thank You Beemer Kangraroof.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
