The Red Shirt Guys Roofing - Roofing Contractor in Columbia, SC

Tim and his team were so awesome helping get us a new roof. The time Tim dedicated to explaining everything up front was really helpful and went a long way into making me feel confident in letting them do my roof. When the team showed up (right on time!), they were respectful and professional. I was amazed at how fast they did the job and how much effort they put into protecting our windows + yard. They cleaned up so well we still haven’t found a single stray nail 2 months later. 10/10 recommend. Great experience overall.

Jonathan and his men are exceptional. I recently had work done on my commercial building and a new roof installed on my shed. Since I had replaced the roof on my home a year and a half ago, matching the shingles for the shed was no problem. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Jonathan treats his customers like friends. There is no pressure, just information. Highly recommend The Red Shirt Guys.

Due to some rather peculiar & odd weather of late, after a recent storm blew through the midlands last week, I discovered signs of water seeping through my bathroom roof, which sent me on my pursuits to research, evaluate, & engage with a roofing company who's reputation and quality of work, coupled with their reliability all came together. I'll make a long story somewhat brief, after narrowing down my choice to a few local companies, I wound up selecting The Red Shirt Guys Roofing company. From my initial call to Tim, who promptly scheduled a home visit by Jonathan to come out & evaluate my roof situation, and I'll add quite thoroughly at that, he got up into my attic, got up on the roof, documented (visually) issues he found, then discussed his recommendations to remedy the situation, and subsequently scheduled an appointment a few days later for the The Red Shirt Guys Roofing crew (Marteen & Roy) to come out & perform the needed repairs. I can't tell you how pleased I was and AM with these folks, having relocated down south a few years ago from up north yonder, my interactions with various contractors over the years has varied from very good, to the worst service ever, so I was AMAZINGLY PLEASED with the level of care, service & workmanship I received from the Red Shirt Crew. Their attention to even the most mundane, yet caring details, like securing my back yard gate after performing the repairs, cleaning up the discarded shingles on the roof, to their punctuality in showing up on (actually, AHEAD of time!) just made for one of the most appreciated dealings with a local company I've had in a while. Kudos to Tim, Jonathan, & Molly and Jane (in the back office) for orchestrating & delivering a most satisfying & appreciated & most importantly... QUALITY job, well done!, and at a very reasonable price! Friends, neighbors, and residents of Richland County, I can't sing the praises of the Red Shirt Guys enough, they are a quality organization who truly care about their customers regardless of how big or small the job may be. If you're of the mindset (like me) that dealing with a reputable company that stands behind their work and delivers on their promise, then the Red Shirt Guys Roofing should be who you reach out to if/when\should the need arise. Proud to be another EXTREMELY Satisfied customer. ~JT

Red Shirt Guys Roofing put a new roof on our house. They did a great job with communication - I got quick responses from several different employees. Thanks especially to Jonathan Hardin. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the project managers kept me in the loop each day. They followed up with any concerns I had making the process very successful.
