Wonderful roofing company with very skilled people. I'd have problems without them working on my 85 year old tile roof. Jeremy is very fair. Thanks Bill and Nevin!

We recently used Welte Roofing with a great experience. Jeremy and the team were very fast to respond and quickly came to the house for an assessment and estimate. We liked that they provide drone pictures to see exactly what they were referring to. We needed some repairs around the roof and gutters. They also provided pics post work.

Welte roofing recently completed a siding job on our 1932 Tudor Revival home. Jeremy worked closely and patiently with us to help select the appropriate color and style of siding that would best suit our house. He was always available for questions and responded quickly to emails and telephone calls. He also made several visits to our property with different sample and suggestions for the project. Once the job was underway the workmen were courteous, kind and extremely efficient. Taking special care and precautions to deal with some rather fragile structures near to the house. They worked very quickly and used time wisely and most proficiently. Always a thorough clean up and were open and receptive to adjustments and last minute suggestions to make things look their very best. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy and his crew and of Welte roofing. Their pricing was by far the best and the most fair in terms of expense. We felt we were treated as valued and respected customers and would highly recommend this company to any and all. It was a 5 star job done with excellence.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
