ARCO Review Findings
Reviews consistently describe high-quality roofing work, fair and accurate pricing, prompt scheduling, and professional, respectful crews. Customers also highlight efficient installations, thorough cleanup, clear communication, and quick responses when issues arose.
We recently had our 20×40 carriage house roof re-shingled. Jensen's crew of four removed all of the old roofing (2-3 layers) re-sheathed some of the needed areas and added fascia. I've never seen four people work so hard or fast. Rain was forecast for that evening. The crew worked 11hrs. and completed the project before the rain hit. One day! Very impressive.
Jensen replaced our roof and even lowered the quoted price. The shingles are of great quality and they kept promises such as dates of instalation. The workers wete fast and proficient. They made the lawns and driveway spotless. I could not have asked for anyone better.
Jensen’s Roofing came out sooner than expected! The estimate was very fair! The crew that came and replaced our roof was excellent. They cleaned the sight thoroughly. We would highly recommend Jensens Roofing to anyone!!!
We have now used Jensen exteriors twice. They did such a good job the first time we had them return for a second project. Their prices were fair and the people that did the work were extremely courteous. One actually stopped what he was doing and came to help me when he saw my hands were full. They did meticulous clean up when they were done and the only sign they were ever there was a brand new roof.
This is one of the best companies I have worked with this year. It’s a pleasure to call office, not have to wait on hold & speak with a real person.. Everyone is pleasant & helpful.. It was a pleasure to see workers to arrive on time each day, work as a team, leave my yard in perfect condition & happy with their jobs. As I entere my driveway I love the new color of the roof & how nice it looks..Great job! Thanks
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
