ARCO Review Findings
Montoya Roofing is highly regarded for their professional, responsive, and skilled workmanship on both roof repairs and interior construction projects. Clients frequently praise the team for their fair pricing, timely project completion, and thorough cleanup after the job is finished.
Montoya Roofing was top notch! They worked hard and installed a great roof! They were good at communicating and offered several options. I am extremely happy with my new roof! A huge Thank you to Manuel for all of the help.
This is the 2nd house I have had Montoya Roofing do a completely new roof on. I am completely satisfied with the entire process of working with them. They are quick, fair priced, clean and they make sure to leave nothing behind. I would recommend them to anyone.
The individual from Montoya Roofing LLC showed up when he was scheduled, provided me an estimate to repair roof that 3 shingles had blown off, and he made the roof repair while he was here. Excellent job and I paid a really fair price. Would refer people with residential roof issues to this company anytime.
I hired Montoya Roofing to do all of the sheetrock, tape, mud, and texture for our new tiny home. They did an excellent job! The guys were very friendly, professional, skilled, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Montoya Roofing for your construction needs.
Jesus was truly unbelievable. From start to finish, he made everything so easy. He was responsive, professional, and kind. His price was more than fair, and the quality of his work was outstanding. I feel so lucky to have found him. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
