Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.

ARCO Review Findings
Top View Roofing is highly regarded for its professional, timely service and high-quality workmanship. Customers consistently praise the crew for being polite, communicative, and thorough with property cleanup upon completion of their projects.
Top View Roofing did an amazing job on my roof! They were on time, professional, and offered a great price. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of their work is outstanding. My roof looks perfect — I’ve honestly never been happier with how a home project turned out. I probably won’t need roofing work again for a long time, but when I do, I’ll be calling them without hesitation. Highly recommended!
As someone who works in home remodeling, I’ve worked around a lot of roofing crews over the years. Top View Roofing did a really solid job. They were easy to work with, showed up on time, and the workmanship looked great. The crew was respectful of the property and cleaned up well after the job. Always good to see a company that runs their projects the right way. Highly recommend.
Ty!! Top View Roofing!! The Excellent service you provided as soon as I called was a relief. My new roof was in perfect condition with from the products you roofed & decked with this summer. Crew, timely, polite & cleaned up well! The crew was knowledge in other areas. Eaves, paint matching Finished & done in 3 days. Prettiest roof in my area it matches my bricks. Very pleased and highly recommend Top View,Roofing! Ty for getting here this week to reassure me.
We are from Denton, Texas, and switched to an energy-efficient metal roof 4 months ago, and the difference in our electric bill was immediate. Our AC isn't working nearly as hard during the Texas summer, and we've seen about a 27% drop in our cooling costs. It’s a bigger investment upfront, but seeing the monthly savings makes it worth it. Plus, our insurance company gave us a discount for the impact resistance! The customer service was fantastic, which made the transition that much easier. There was always someone to answer any questions or concerns I had. Will highly recommend!!!!!
My great aunt got her roof done by Darby and his crew and we are extremely happy with the work. They were thorough and listened and answered any questions she had to where she understood it and got her repair done in a timely manner. Will be using them for any future roofing issues we may have and will definitely tell friends and family.
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
