Lynn and her crew were amazing! She was always very responsive which was great for me as I was out of town for the majority of the time the house was being worked on. Fair and transparent pricing, knew exactly what everything would be before committing to anything. And the work when complete was truly 10/10
I can’t say enough good things about Black Thunder Roofing. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The quality of their work is outstanding. You can tell they take pride in what they do — every detail was handled with care and the finished roof looks amazing. They worked quickly but didn’t cut any corners, and they made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left. What really stood out was their honesty and communication. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with this level of customer service. If you need a roof repair or replacement, Black Thunder Roofing is the company to call. Reliable, hardworking, and truly professional. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Black Thunder Roofing as well as one of the owners, Lynn! She took such good care of us during one of the rougher tornado/hail seasons here in Oklahoma. As new homeowners, my husband and I had not dealt with such issues like this before but Lynn was so patient and knowledgeable while informing us on everything, in spite of our lack of knowledge with everything that goes into storm damage and repair. She handled literally everything with our insurance, made sure to be present during inspections so that they did not short cut anything or under provide monitory funds that our insurance plan was responsible for. And on top of that luxury that you don’t always receive with other businesses, the work and execution of her team was beyond beautifully done in a reasonable amount of time. Black Thunder gets a 10/10 for me. Professional, quality work, over any beyond customer service! Thanks Lynn!
Lynn is easy to work with and her crews are great. From roof replacement in 2021 to a repair this week, the work was fast, well done, and fairly priced.
Lynn was terrific handling my insurance claim from start to finish. She communicated with me every step of the way. They did a reroof, gutters, soffit repair, exterior paint, garage door, fence repair and stain. Everything was professionally done and definitely 5 star! This was the 3rd insurance claim they have handled for me. Consistent, honest and superb workmanship.
