About ARCO Accreditation
Accreditation cannot be obtained through application alone. Each business must first undergo ARCO's complete review process and demonstrate that it meets the standards required for accreditation.
Provide your contact information below. ARCO will review your inquiry and determine whether your business may be invited to complete the accreditation review process.

ARCO Review Findings
A Step Above Roofing is highly regarded for its efficient, high-quality workmanship and professional staff who communicate clearly throughout the entire process. Customers frequently praise the team's diligent cleanup efforts and their helpful, proactive support in navigating complex insurance claims.
It was seamless and they were lightning fast! About 7 days after the bid the job was done and completed in 1 Day! A small army of workers, each with their own functions got to work at 7:30 am, by 4:30 pm workers were using magnetic sweepers to pick up any nails. This was all 1st class and I am very pleased with the outcome. My house is 2500 sq ft or 42 Squares. The bid was equal to my lowest bid in 2023. I would be happy to talk to anyone interested who has more questions.
Before and after pics below. Michael and his crew did a fantastic job in my roof. There was no mess left either. Very easy to work with, returns calls or texts quickly and really helped with my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing.
Jordan did a thorough inspection of the roof. We discussed what needed to be done , he’s a good listener. The crew came out soon and did the job. Jordan did a follow up inspection, it all went smoothly. Satisfaction ! 👍
I would recommend A Step Above Roofing & Construction to anyone that needs a new roof, gutters or siding. Steven Moseley went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. He is a good man. We had a few hiccups along the way but A Step Above didn't hesitate to send workers back out to make it right for us whenever needed. The owner Josh, is a very pleasant man and was very knowledgeable when dealing with our insurance.
I am very satisfied with the quality of work on my roof. This company goes above and beyond in keeping you informed every step of the way which was exactly what foreman Steve Moseley did; he made sure that I was updated on the process and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Office representative Kayleigh did a wonderful job in handling the insurance claim and kept me informed. The owner Josh goes above and beyond in getting everything that is needed for insurance approval and most importantly wants customer satisfaction. He is local and not some big corporation; he is personable and comes over and meets his customers and shakes their hands and wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied. A Step Above Roofing truly defines this business...they truly go a step above Thank you for your wonderful service, Cynthia Garza
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
