[redacted] M from the Roof Detective did an awesome job figuring out what needed fixed after a storm damaged our roof, he also was able to determine why our sun porch had leaked for years. The crew worked together to repair the roof and seal the leak! I finally have a dry usable sun porch! They also did an exceptional job of cleaning up! I highly recommend this company. Their customer service and workmanship is the best out there!

The Roof Detective just did a fabulous job not only replacing very old roof shingles but installing a chimney cricket and a ridgeline vent. [redacted], the company representative, did a wonderful job in determining what was needed and what was not. She walked all over the roof, got in the attic to look around (two other companies never did this), answered all my questions, and was on-site much of the day of installation. Her evaluation of the roofs condition was honest and professional and infinitely better than the conversations I had earlier with two other roofing companies who pushed things I did not need. [redacted] even brought shingle samples out to the house so I could check the color in the daylight (versus online). Delivery of materials was punctual and were placed exactly where I had asked. The roofing crew themselves just worked their butts off and did an amazing cleanup job at the end. I highly recommend the Roof Detective!

From beginning to end, I was thoroughly impressed with The Roof Detective. I was being bullied by another roofing company when an employee for TRD came to my home, and almost instantly calmed my anxiety. They walked me through every step of the process, and fought for me when the insurance tried to deny things. Carrie was able to get my entire roof replaced with barely anything over my deductible. I would 100% recommend (and will) this company to anyone asking.

The Roof Defective was very professional, They cleaned up everything like they weren't even there. They also did quality work. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. They completed, roofing, siding, and gutters. They handled all the work with our insurance company too. Our sales rep Shawn was a tremendous help. He kept in contact with us through the whole process He was always friendly and took care of things we couldn't to get the insurance company moving. I would recommend The Roof Detective 1000%!!

We recently had some work done by The Roof Detective and were impressed & satisfied. We needed a section of gutter replaced, a rather small job, but The Roof Detective treated us professionally and promptly. We recommend them highly.

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer

The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.

Homeowner Benefits

Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
