We used Simon Roofing on several metal roofing jobs in which the existing roofs were in need of replacement. George M. visited our business sight and made several recommendations for replacement. His team showed up on time every day and did outstanding work. They were safe, professional and within budget. One of our vent stacks leaked after a hard rain and Simon roofing repaired the roof even though it wasn't due to improper installation. We will definitely use them in the future.

I contracted Simon Roofing in 2018 for a commercial roof replacement in Grove City, OH. George M. and his team provided quality work at a reasonable price. Their communication and workmanship were top notch. They provided a detailed schedule and completed the work ahead of schedule.

We've had a persistent roof leak in our commercial building for the past 2-3 years that had been "fixed" by a reputable roofing company a handful of times. Each time we were billed for the "repair" with no guarantee of permanence. So we took a chance with Simon based on their professionalism and responsiveness...they are just great people to work with. And they guarantee their work! So far, even with all the rain we have had here in Columbus, no leaks. Can't say enough.....

Simon Roofing has been the roofing contractor for both of our facilities in Ohio. They have completed full roof refurbishment of 157K sqft metal roof with membrane and sealing material. They are the contractor we use for repairs for standing seam and recent flat roof restoration, total area of 72K sqft. Satisfied with workmanship, they have honored their warranty as stated but there has not been a need to use that as leverage.

I am a facility director and use Simon roofing for our property in Mason. They have been a joy to work with and Jacob has been very quick to respond and follow up. They have been fair and transparent on pricing and their repair work appear to be top notch. I really enjoy the before and after photos I get after each visit. Thank you!

Why Hire an ARCO-Accredited Roofer
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Homeowner Benefits
-
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
-
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
-
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
-
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
