I was lucky to find Scott S., on Dayton's Next Door. He worked with me to get approval from my insurance for a full roof replacement and siding. I could have never negotiated with insurance on my own without his knowledge, experience and expertise. To top it off, my roof was installed in 1 day!!! Tyler came out and performed a roof inspection for me and found some damage from recent storms. My insurance approved a full roof replacement, and I was very impressed that Tyler was here the day my adjuster came to determine what would be done. He was instrumental in giving details to the adjuster that justified a full roof replacement. Everyone I spoke to at Roof King was informative and detail oriented to take care of me as a customer. I would give the sales and planning teams the highest rating possible. For the installation, even though my roof is a fairly large job, it was completed in one day. The workers were professional and very, very exacting in their work. They protected my flower beds from any debris and spent well over an hour with 7 guys just cleaning my property at the end of the day. You would have never known they were here by the next day. They used rolling magnets to pick up any potential roofing nails that may have fallen on my beds, yard and driveway as well. Then they used a blower to clean dirt and shingle dust from my entire driveway. This team as well, deserves the highest ratings. We are thrilled with our new roof and the great work by the entire Roof King team. I highly recommend them. PS - Tyler, the sales rep, not only did the inspection and was here with the adjuster, but he also came out on the installation day to make sure I was happy with everything. As a sales person it would be easy to move on to the next customer, but he knows the importance of customer satisfaction

With all the snow and cold temps, our house was developing ice dams. Within 30 minutes of speaking with Roof King about my issues, the technician arrived. Kozmo was friendly, polite, professional, and really knew his information. He removed excess snow off my roof to avoid any further ice dams and gave me tips to help mitigate ice dams in the future. I had a great experience with him and he was very trustworthy. I’ve got a couple of future projects in mind and would not hesitate to call Roof King in the future.
