ARCO Review Findings
Reviews consistently describe G Pro Exteriors/Kanga Roof as professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful with insurance claims. Customers praise the quality and efficiency of the roofing and siding work, clear communication, thorough cleanup, and fair pricing.
A colleague recommended G Pro Exteriors. I contacted Jon because I found some water damage in a bedroom. Jon came out and investigated where water could possibly be entering. Found a spot where the siding was cut short and placed some caulk... The gasket around the boot of the stack pipe had a small tear and caulked that. I offered to pay... would not accept payment. He was honest about the roof and said I did not need a new roof. Being in the construction industry myself, you see people taking full advantage when they can. Jon never gave you that feeling... very professional. When my roof does need to be replaced... I will reach out to Jon at G Pro Exteriors to have it done!
Jon is a great person to deal with. He is very professional, helpful in every way and very patient. When the roof was completed, he inspected it closely and made sure all roofing nails were picked up around the house. I highly recommend Jon at G Pro Exteriors/Kangaroof!
If you are looking to have your roof inspected and/or replaced G Pro Exteriors is 1000% the company to use. They are efficient, timely, and the price was unbeatable. I promise you won't be disappointed. Call them TODAY!!! For reference, I am a realtor and needed a roof replaced as part of a contract negotiation. They beat 5 other quotes and replaced to roof within a week (maybe less) of when the quote was accepted. What do you have to lose? At least call and get the quote!!!
John was ALWAYS responsive, professional,, and above all else, kind. He went out of his way to make sure that we were able to get our insurance claim for a new roof approved and was willing to help us with flexibility to our rather large deductible and depreciation costs. His crew was in and out on the same day and cleaned up everything without a trace of being there John and his crew even found molding plywood under our shingles that if not replaced, would have caused SERIOUS damage to the area above our garage and our attic. John is a genuinely good human being who looks out for his customers while still maintaining a profitable business. If you live in Central Ohio, choose G Pro/Kanga for a new roof. You will NOT regret it!’at!!!
We recently had Kanga Roof install a new roof on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they were thorough in their cleanup afterward, leaving no mess behind. A special thanks to Jon, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, we highly recommend Kanga Roof. They delivered great results, and we’re very pleased with our new roof!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
