ARCO Review Findings
Kelly Roofing & Repair is highly regarded for its professional, efficient workmanship and ability to complete roof and gutter projects in a timely manner. Customers frequently praise the team’s clear communication, thorough cleanup of job sites, and careful protection of landscaping and property during installations.
Got my roof done by them earlier this year, waited to review. I had a ton of leaks in my roof prior to Kelly Roofing replacing my roof and I haven’t had one single leak since. They did such a good job! They were so respectful of my property, I have a ton of flowers and other plants and they put buckets over some and made sure they were safe from anything coming off the roof. I couldn’t be happier with the results and their professionalism.
The Kelly roofing team was professional and did a great job including cleaning up all the mess. They followed up to finish all the details after completing the entire roof installation. I’d recommend them anytime.
I was sorry I could only give them five stars. They deserve 100. I can not say enough about the roofing job. They were efficient and cleaned up completely. My roof was very old and required some extras. They were there for it. I have never experienced such dedication a workmanship.
Excellent customer service from the office and owners, and superior work completed by the crew. They also identified the need and repaired the soffits of our very old home with the roof and gutter replacement. Their expertise saved us the headache of worrying about finding contractors for each task and made it very easy to schedule from out of town! We are so appreciative and cannot recommend Kelly Roofing more.
The new roof and gutters looks absolutely amazing. Kelly Roofing was prompt, finished the roof in one day and returned the next morning to replace the gutters. Excellent communication between Laura and myself. All the work completed and at a fair price. Thank you for a job well done ! Highly recommended for your next roofing project !!!
Review data aggregated from public sources · ARCO does not moderate third-party reviews
The difference between "good enough" and proven excellence. Only the top roofers in America earn ARCO Accreditation — recognition of true craftsmanship, ethics, and integrity.
Peace of Mind: Every ARCO-Accredited roofer has been checked against public licensing records, safety records, complaint history, and verified customer reviews.
Work You Can Trust: ARCO's evaluation includes manufacturer certification programs — credentials that can help preserve your roof's warranty coverage.
Verified, Not Self-Reported: ARCO's findings come from government and third-party sources — state filing offices, SAM.gov, OSHA, and the BBB — not from paperwork a contractor submits about itself.
A Public Paper Trail: Every accredited profile publishes its report number, evaluation date, and sources — so any homeowner can independently verify the findings at RoofingContractors.org.
