We are pleased with the roof repair made and love how the new gutters look. Just waiting for a torrential rain storm to see how well they work. Workers very efficient and cleaned up when done.
I contacted Apply Rite because I needed some shingles patched/replaced and two chimneys re-flashed. I required a short turn-around since I was in the process of a real estate sale and Apply Rite was able to complete the work within a few days. The representatives I interacted with were responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Shawn was particularly helpful and communicative during the repairs.
From the time that we gave the go ahead, Apply Rite completed the roof in 10 days including the ordering of materials. The crew basically stripped the roof, repaired plywood, added underlayment for ice dam protection, synthetic felt paper, and shingled the entire house in one day with just a couple of follow-up items which they took care in the next day or two. We are so pleased with the way it looks! It’s beautiful !!! Thanks to Tom, Rodney and the crew led by Marcos !
